Compliance Policy

Sanctions, PEP and enhanced review

Clients and connected persons may be screened against applicable sanctions lists, politically exposed person information, adverse-media sources and other compliance databases.

Enhanced due diligence may be requested for higher-risk countries, complex ownership, unusual payment routes, cash-intensive activity, regulated sectors, public functions or other elevated-risk indicators.

A previously accepted relationship may be reviewed again when ownership, management, business activity, countries, payment behaviour or applicable rules change.

Compliance Policy

Prohibited and restricted use

Services must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, tax evasion, corruption, false invoicing, deceptive ownership, unlawful trading, concealment of proceeds or any other illegal purpose.

A client must provide complete, current and accurate information and must promptly disclose material changes.

FNC may decline activities, countries, structures, products or transaction profiles that fall outside its risk appetite even where the activity is not expressly prohibited by law.

Compliance Policy

Banks and financial-service providers

FNC does not open bank or payment accounts and does not provide regulated banking, payment, investment or other financial services.

Account-related work is limited to administrative preparation, document organisation, application support, introductions or referral routes. Every bank, payment institution or other provider makes its own independent eligibility and approval decision.

After selecting a provider, the client authorises the relevant corporate and personal information to be submitted for pre-check or onboarding in the client’s name. The client must read and accept the selected provider’s terms, privacy notice, fees and compliance rules.

A special power of attorney, written instruction from the ultimate beneficial owner or other authorisation may be requested where required by law or by the selected institution’s internal rules.

Where available, FNC may provide a referral link, referral code or discount code. Such a referral does not guarantee acceptance or alter the provider’s independent obligations.

Compliance Policy

Refusal, suspension and reporting

FNC may refuse, pause or terminate work where information is missing, inconsistent, unverifiable, misleading, outside risk appetite or connected with a legal or compliance concern.

Payments may be held, returned or applied to completed work and non-refundable external costs in accordance with the applicable service terms and legal obligations.

Where law requires confidentiality concerning a review, report or authority request, FNC may be unable to explain the reason for a delay, refusal or termination.

Information may be preserved or disclosed to a competent authority where required or permitted by applicable law.
